Operations Canada/Richard Beltre

I was wondering if anyone knows or heard where Richard Beltre is now working? I have been looking for this guy for over a year and when I get close to where he is, gone. He used to be the owner of Operations Canada. He also goes by a number company and that is 7254539 Canada Inc.

Any help would be great.
