Finally a story that includes some details about what's happening. Driver training, enforcement, more lanes, lights and rest stops are all going to be beneficial. My employer built and installed Johnny K's in Pic Mobert recently, it's well placed between nowhere and nowhere and its a safe place where a truck can stop for the night, get a decent meal and a coffee in the morning. Drivers having to stop at the end of a long day only to park on the shoulder, or a snowplow roundabout to rest is not providing a safe work environment. Good on the government for finally doing more about this issue.

Keep well,
Mike
