No kidding!!! Then these drivers go work for transport companies and the transport companies are at fault for not scrutinizing these candidates once something on the road happens! Service Ontario is a for profit business. They will use whatever grey area they have and deny, deny, deny and MTO who hired them and doesn't police them will just say they are doing everything ok! Welcome to Ontario.
