We have been chasing for our two invoices it has been over 5-6 months, Pretty sure it won't be paid contacted the shipper they mentioned it was paid to the broker.

Just be aware working with them.

If the shipment was cross border, seek out the company holding the freight brokers surety bond and make a claim against it. This will be posted on the FMCSA website. If the shipment was domestic, reach out to an experienced, transportation para legal, such as Scam Chaser and have them serve the party responsible for payment of the freight charges. Don’t let it slide. You did the work and you deserve to be paid.
