Good day

Have several skids to deliver western Canada in reefer ( 16 c - Chocolate ) to pickup in Concord going Western canada that would need to move.

Any idea who I could call?
Tried Cam Scott but the temperature is not good for them - their general freight is around 4-5 C so....

If anyone can help?

We would have the same issue, our chilled runs at 34 F
Marty at Packers may be able to help , I think he has some tri-temp trailers

At that temperature you are going to find very few carriers, Chocolate is just fine at +4 to +5 C the problem is when your carriers run a mixed load at less than 28F the chocolate will turn white if it's warmed up too quickly...........I've paid the claim and have the t-shirt.
