Feel good story for the day. We all grit our teeth when we hear of someone re-brokering without intent to ever pay the hauling carrier. This story makes me smile.

got that same update via email as well, good to know we can finally go after some crooks!

seems with the new laws we can personally sue them for breaking those laws!!!

Now if we could only do that to Final Transport (Everest Freight & Logistics} then we would have one less scumbag out there ruining the reputation of hard working & honest freight brokers

for that to happen we all need to encourage people to report the people that don't pay or have fraudulent activities.

report them to any agency they know, Baxter Bailey, Carrier411, etc

if no one actually makes a legitimate complaint, they will never be brought down.
