DO NOT BOOK LOAD with this carrier, worst customer service. Threatened to not deliver the goods and asked for quick pay right Infront of the customer before delivering. The terms clearly stated 30 days, even though they made a huge deal Infront of the receiver and caused ruckus.

Geoff, is the point of contact for us, he told the driver to contact our dispatch and threaten to not offload and damage the goods if not paid right away plus some more funds $$. I will not make the same mistake again with these guys.

I have also reported them to Load link for the threats.

We've had them DNU in our system since they onboarded, they mentioned to us that they've been in business for 5 years but their proof of registration is January 2023. Knew there was a red flag about them, thanks for the information.
