Currently owes me from august $270. faxed invoices and proof more then once also confirmed he will be mailing me the money but still looking into it.

Am i the only one that didnt get paid?
 
i reported to link as they say 3 complaints and they try to help to resolve.
 
Just received payment for March invoices - $1600 - I didn't think we were going to be paid at all. Have changed their address 3 times in 2 years - cut them off - no credit ever again with them. Maggie is the owner - Brian who answers the phone is her husband. I called constantly - hopefully if you stay on their backs - they will pay.
 
I just got them and their customer served for small claims court. Brian called and was very upset with me . I told him oh well just pay your bill
 
nu-tech owes us 300 from march. maggie claims she is just back from mat leave and doesnt remember any messages/faxes/emails/statements/lawyer letters etc. dispatcher kevin screens maggie and brians calls. she now says she is sending cheques as carries call in. slated for small claims next time i am in toronto-does anyone have there current physical address???
 
Just an update. got everything paid up and still working with them, Brian has been great at answering any questions regarding payment and pays on time.
 
Stay away, as far as you can. I did one load for them in 2007, never again.

Their office was at the back of a pizza shop, seriously, I was there, we used to be just down the road from them in Georgetown..
 
Nu-tech Chicken & Ribs

He operates out of the back of his chicken and rib joint in Georgetown. We had problems with him a few years back and had to call LINK and they had a hand in getting us paid.
