How do you stop a NOXious broker without hurting your business relationship?

start by googling "how to create rules in outlook/Gmail.
You can waste your time by asking to be unsubscribed, but chances are he doesn't create the distribution list.

We are not Half Day, I am not sure what you talking about. We worked with you last year, moved a load out of Vaughan.

Stop flagging Carriers and brokers, if something didn't work for you doesn't mean it's bad.
