we have been doing business with them since 2006, and have a average days to pay = 44 .. I have not had to call them for payment, nor had any issues

It's the brokerage arm of truckload carrier JBM. Did a load on their behalf like 6 months ago and it was smooth. Factoring got paid before term, so no recourse and even a slight rebate.
