Quick pay
I see someone mentionned quick pay @ 6% . The larger US Carriers/ Brokers generally ask for 1.5% and payment in 48hrs. Landstar & CH Robinson for example.
Even 3% quick pay is somewhat acceptable. The 5% that many carriers have set as the new standard is really excessive but still legal because that bring the annual interest to 60%.
From what I remember from Economics and Introduction to Law in College may years ago, anything over the 60% is viewed as usurism and is illegal, at this point it becomes load sharking.
