We did a load for them from QC-AB. They are an agent of Challenger Motor Freight.

They looked fine to me. Still haven't got paid yet as it's been only 2 weeks since invoiced.

I dealt with them as a broker (Agent of Challenger Motor Freight). They posted a load as Challenger Motor Freight but received email and RC from Nemrut and upon asking they claimed as Challenger agent. Even their voicemail states the same. Not sure, if they have a carrier division. Only did 1 load for them.

Hopefully they pay us lol.... Will need to push accounting to get payment sooner than later. Also, they have mentioned challenger several times on their Carrier Terms and conditions so looks promising.

If i was you i would be contacting Challenger to verify this. I would be using a phone # that is listed publicly and not one provided by Nemrut. What you have here looks like the conditions on a Challenger load confirmation.

I have never heard of Challenger using “agents” before. Has anyone else heard of such a thing? If not, you should use extreme caution.

We've been in contact with Nemrut with us (a broker) having them haul as a carrier intra QC. We've asked the shipper to make sure to note down name of the carrier that picks-up. Will report back.

They may have more than 1 truck for intra-Canada operations and not shown on Safer...

Just to follow up on this, load was picked-up and delivered fine, communication was on point and even got a tracking link. Hope this helps

Yes, we got paid but through our factoring company.

I confirmed with challenger before booking with them.

Good ppl
