Can anybody advise me of the hours of service allowable within Ontario for an occupation which incorporates 24 hours service both working in the field and driving to locations when you do not have a sleeper birth.

When working in pairs and not having a bunk what would be the hours of service allowable?

Just Google hours of service .. it will give you a link to Ontario MTO site. But basically .... 13 hours of driving, 14 hours on duty. So if one driver continually driving for 13 hours, then the "passenger" driver can drive for 1 more hour after 1st driver has stopped driving. If you are stopping then that's different... but the 14 hours "on duty" .. either driving, passenger, circle checks,fueling... still apply
