Shivani Singh is by far the worst dispatcher to work with. She accepted our freight and agreed to our payment terms but once she had possession of our cargo she held the load ransom until we agreed to pay in advance even though the load is now three days late and not delivered. We submitted the international wire transfer but her lack of knowledge on how international wire transfer work has caused her to breach the contract by contacting our client directly for payment. DO NOT TRUST THIS CARRIER.

The broker has a PO Box address in Oklahoma City. Dispatcher for the load is calling from India and now Sam has a Texas number. Lot of fraud is happening during Christmas season. My driver was at receiver waiting to be off loaded for 12 hours. It was distracted to be off loaded in NJ and they off loaded the driver at Boston MA and paid the driver Cash.
Double payment is refunded to the client via wire transfer.
Business cannot have a PO Box address. How will we recover the payment?

This company is run by a massive rip off scam artist!!!! Shivani Singh will lie to you, cheat you, steal from you, go back on her word, and has no problem abandoning a driver in another country. She has refused to pay me, she has stolen money from me, , and left me stranded in the US and threatened me with calling the police for trying to get home... I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING!!!
SAVE YOUR TIME AND SANITY!!! DO NOT WORK FOR OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN OR HER COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely horrible company! They are dishonest, shivani will play the victim, make excuses, and lie! Not even fit to run a lemonade stand, and if they did, they would steal your money in front of you and make stuff up and say you robbed them! Dont ever work for them, don't do business with them, and definitely don't associate with them!

You used unauthorized company equipment and company fuel card to drive back empty from Colorado state back to Brampton Ontario, when you had a load to pick up which you refused coz you were on drugs. We paid an advance payment for the payroll. We have records of uttering threats from you. You have mental health issues and need care. You Damaged the company equipment with knife. Police was called against you and you have been ordered to stay away from me and National Express Transportation. My advice to you to get mental health care immediately as the police have advised you as well. You are crazy in your head. Please consider mental health care immediately. Is my final advice to you.

Hlo Guys.. This is one of the worst company and dont quit your current jobs even after talking these guys. I already suffered a lot. I know these guys making a excuses after seeing this review. I got a job after 7 days and i am working but dont make excuses that one of my driver did accident.. Guys dont believe this If anyone needs screenshot of chatting I’ll post it. You did not have commercial driving experience. So the insurance denied you. We cannot hire you. You are Uber driver . Not commercial driver. You have to get experience in big Transportation companies first for three years.

You guys make fake promises to people and when you cannot fulfil what you said you will say that you never worked for us. Good luck with attitude you guys have towards growing your business like that.

We helped you out when you called at around 6.30PM and was begging us to cover two loads somehow. You put unlaw conditions on the rate confirmation. After taking all the delivery of the shipment you want to deduct the load amount. We will be seeing you in the courts. Let the law of the land decide who is right and wrong. We covered your loads successfully and have PODs to prove so.
