We deal with them on a regular basis, get paid around 50-60 days. Make sure you send copy of ACE coversheet or Customs Invoice for outbound loads to get paid. This is their way of making sure there was no double brokering involved.

We do 4 to 6 loads a week for them and get paid around the 50 day mark.......not happy with it but the loads get us to where we need to be and have been do this for 5 to 6 years with them.

We get paid around closer to an average of 60 days. It is not the best, and up until recently they would only accept mailed invoices. But they do always pay and we have done many loads for them over the course of 8 years. They are fair with waiting time, extra stops etc. We take the loads happily because they are a good match for our preferred lane and they pay decent rates. You decide if the wait for payment is worth it based on your needs.

Anyone with current payment info, we keep getting the run around, now 60 days, last month they would accept e-mail, now they won't only mailed originals. More excuses than ever. We've only done a few loads over the years but this has been the biggest run around with them.

Hey Bubba-one,

I was just paid for one last month that came in around 60 days... and looking over their history that seems about average for them...

I also have one outstanding that is around 45 days...

Now that I see this, I'll give them a little more attention to see what's happening.

Also, as Chica123 mentioned, they only accept mailed invoices... which as we all know from a recent thread, is sometimes used as a way of delaying payment...

They are accepting emailed invoices from us now. I got the impression it is only allowed from certain carriers that have developed a working history with them? We do the odd load for them and Johnny Chicken is right, they pay around 60 days. But on a good note, they do deal with waiting time fairly and if there are any issues, I have reached out to the dispatcher on the load in the middle of the night and they have gone above and beyond to help me (had a customs issue not too long ago). All in all, we balance the slower payment with other factors and for us, it works. We take loads from them now when we match up.

We did lots for them over the past seven or eight years, they have a history of paying at 60 days. Great people, easy to deal with but they don't pay fast.

They averaged 60+ days with us as well. I'm sure if there is any payment issue it can be sorted out here on the forum as Mutual is a member.

They used to be known for moving produce a long time ago but I think the business evolved from there. I've never heard anyone say anything bad about them though I would agree that payments should be a little quicker than this at least.

Booked a dock to dock business to business - turned out to be a residential delivery - Rohit pretended not to understand what I was saying on the phone. 1/5 stars
