You might want to stay on top of your bill. Rumor has it that the deal with Titanium has been held up for some reason. (Haven't had it verified so take it as just an FYI)

If Titanium hasn't put out a press release yet or even put it on its website, it means that it's not a done deal yet. My guess is that they are still in due diligence. So Titanium isn't involved yet.

I heard they were in trouble and maybe it is worse than originally thought?

Not rumor deffinent issues on this deal as I said when leaked it was nowhere near done and shouldn't have been leaked as it screwed Muskoka into only having Titanium as a buyer
