I did use him on one occasion. This was a few months back. Ok service, expensive rate, pushy fellow, and doesn't follow orders all that great.
I had no choice in using him at the time, so I would say try to avoid. He'll also ask for quick pay if he can get away with it.
All in all the job was done though, so again try and avoid if you have other options.
 
Thanks for the feedback, they cancelled while we were entering them into the system. Probably just as well by the sounds of it.
