MTO ticket -trial date

I received 3 tickets in Oct which I am disputing. Requested a trailer at end of October. Today I called Brampton court as inquired if a date has been set. They informed me the tickets were not in the system and the MTO officier had not submitted them.

Has anybody had this situation before?? Can i assume the tickets have been withdrawn??

We had this situation in MB - had to go down to the ticket office and show them the ticket - they found it under a different date and we had to pay it. So make sure you have written proof it doesn't exist
