MSG moved a couple of power only loads for me this week - no complaints.
One of my colleagues mentioned they were late for a few of this loads last week.
In my experience, they are generally reliable, I deal mostly with Manny or Masih

Did a local run with them back in December 2024.

It was a Friday, 2 FTLs in the Montreal area, both time-sensitive HAZ shipments, with same-day pickup and delivery required (under 50 miles each).

I booked the loads a day in advance and clearly stated that 2 drivers were needed due to the nature and urgency of the shipments. Sent over 2 separate RCs.

Despite that, they only sent 1 driver for both loads. As expected, he couldn’t complete both on time, and we ended up losing the client.
