Mr Freight covered two loads for us and later requested additional freight. However, communication throughout the process was very poor. We did not receive the required photos of the goods to verify serial numbers, despite requesting them.
The following week, we offered two additional loads. For three consecutive days, we requested confirmation that the PO had been received and that everything was in order for pickup, but we received no clear updates.
On Friday, we were advised that the truck was not permitted to check in for pickup. This was confusing, as another carrier had successfully picked up from the same yard the day before without issue.
Overall, the lack of communication and inconsistent information has been concerning.
