FedEx Overnight, ship no later than Wednesday for next day delivery on Thursday, thus if its mis-sorted delayed, its coming next business day, with ice packs or dry ice still valid, and you don't have fedex holding it over the weekend if it fails to del on a friday.

The one time I placed a mixed order I was 1000% satisfied. We got lobster, mussels and oysters of course.
