Moving company recommendation

A client has approximately 85 antique items located near St Thomas ON that I need picked up and brought to Toronto.

Most will be loosely packaged into boxes but there are some olds signs that the shipper said just need to be wrapped in blankets for the trip.

Our usual cartage company won't handle it... Can anyone recommend a cartage or moving company that will?

You're going to need to know the value of these items. I'm sure that carriers will need to contact their insurance companies to find out if they are covered or can put a rider in place for this. This ain't 2.00 / Lb freight.
 
Campbell Brothers Movers in London, On. would be the people to call. They are properly insured & are trained to handle exactly this type of move. For high value furniture, an LTL cartage company would escalate the risk of damage considerably.
 
80% of what we do is store fixtures, millwork, show freight and special products but, I'm sure, the London carrier will probably give you a decent rate.
