They gave us so many problems tracking our customer’s goods that they have tarnished our reputation with them. Tim of Montreal Cargo Express lied to us until we brought proof to him that someone else had done the transport. They post on the LoadLInk both as a carrier and as a broker.
I don’t understand people who think that double broker is a good thing. We are trying to make a proper living and here comes these people. They make their money by giving less to the carrier than they should get and by not giving the level of service required. It amounts to fraud in my mind.
