Anyone hear anything about this company, I received calls today that they are brokering and not paying their bills?

I dealt with them twice last year. No issues.

Which mode, there are a few, they co-broker freight to us some times. We have them on net 15 days. They always pay us in 17 without fail every-time

Oh good another double broker just what the industry needs.

If its the 'big' Mode (Head office in Dallas)... They use a payment / freight audit service (CASS I think)... which can be a challenge if everything is not submitted correctly.

We often have to get the individual that tendered the load to us involved... it's a PITA but the money is there.

Which Mode? If it's the one from Toronto they are a broker I don't believe they have trucks at all. Have always brokered. Provide name, addy and city and you may get some better info?
