Any news on these guys? I used them on a load back in August and from start to finish it was a total mess.
They were extremely late picking up with minimal communication. Then they said they were still good to deliver on the Friday they were supposed to.
It took until Friday at 4pm for them to say they would not make delivery and it would have to deliver Monday.
My customer had engineers and install crews scheduled for Saturday morning that were flown in on Friday that they had to delay until Monday.
Monday comes and I check in with them and turns out, this did in fact deliver on Friday between 1-1:30pm which is before they told me that it did not deliver.
They were given a clear contact for delivery as well but did not connect with this person and instead had someone else at this theatre sign for the load, this is why when my customer phoned their contact they confirmed it had not delivered when it was in fact there.
With that mess being over we have been waiting for the invoice only to just receive an email from my customer that they were attempting to invoice them DIRECT.
Now they are dodging calls and ignoring emails from me.
Has anyone had a good experience with them? Was this just a one off miscommunication moment or is this how they run?
