I assume these guys are also Mighty Expedite? Same address, I believe. We just booked a load with mighty expedite but SAFER web says broker authority involuntarily revoked earlier this year however they seem to be paying their bills on time & their status with our factoring company is very good. I know it's Friday but has anyone had any dealings with this company recently? Prompt replies are greatly appreciated as we booked our truck with them for a Monday pickup.

update: Mighty Expedite has clarified to us that their broker authority is valid and up-to-date. There was only some confusion regarding a BOC-3 filing that needed to be updated. All is good!
