Just wanted to make sure everyone is aware that this is another eastern european guy going under the assumed name of Fabio running the same old scam with this new company name.

They are getting a lot better at this though as I asked them to send me a COI listing us as the certificate holder and for it to be emailed to me from their broker.

They created a fake COI and then had it sent over from another email address which was supposed to be the broker was was actually just the scammer.

Makly Ezazuli
Rush Truck Insurance Services

Email address they are using as the Fake insurance broker is - [email protected] with phone number on the fake cert as 771-717-9177.

Email address and phone number for Fabio is [email protected] - Phone# 660-386-0969

Stay safe out there

lol dont think he can double broker at the rate I offered him lol. 3700CAD lmaoooo. He accepted. Wanted payment 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Told him to f* off. Then he emails back with, "are you good to pay when it delivers, I don't want to be scammed."

Lol buddy's trying to scam me. Ok having too much fun with this one, got to end it and get some real work done.

Keep in mind, when scammers double broker, they have no intent on paying the carrier. They will tell the carrier 5000 CAD to get them to do the load, and wait for payment of 3700 CAD and never pay the carrier.

you know its a scam, so thats different, but those who dont pick up on that will result in the above scenario quite a bit.

So I wish I saw this last week. "STORYTIME"...
Blaine MN to High River AB x 2 rolltites required. Fabio reached out to me from link. Checked insurance, good communication fair market value for rate compared to others. FYI not a lot of rolltites hanging around. dispatched two loads for WED am loading.
WED am rolls around 1 truck running late, 2nd having electrical issues. Load one truck and roll out.
Thurs truck 2 still in shop. Cancel and rebook.
Thurs pm, receiver getting demand email from another company demanding prepayment at a much higher rate.
My boss steps in, makes arrangements for payment to ACTUAL carrier directly.
I live 30 minutes from receiver, little road trip confirmed offloaded without issue.
Now Fabio wants me to "honour" my words for quick pay on his invoice.
Check mate, beaten by a girl!!!!
Suffice it to say, I am sure he didn't realize receiver is also MY FRIEND and I could easily drive over and watch.
I don't think i am going to get on MGN Christmas list!

After blowing up my phone, which is now blocked, my last email seems to have silenced for now. I copied this thread and sent it... However, it did get by me. Im not a rookie, by any means. It just means working with me is going to is stay on my preferred carriers only. Sucks because there some new guys out there. Not this one for sure.
