Looking for your feedback on this company if you have ever dealt with them before.

Your experiences good or bad.

Service

Bought a new truck there 6 years ago.
Picked it up and drove for the ist month and found a vibration and differential seals were leaking.
Brought it into Montreal freightliner dealer to have warranty repairs done, costs around $3000.00 .
Montreal dealer would not honor the repairs and had to pay to get truck released.
Apparently the 1 month old truck did not have the drivetrain aligned properly at the factory, this become our fault.

Long battle with freightliner and the Metro Freightliner representative. Took 4 months to get paid back for admitedly shoddy manufacturing quality control.
 
I have not dealt with them but just got off the phone with a guy who recomends them highly. He did this because Harper sucks A**, they are the worst dealership in history and I'm looking for a solution and Hamilton is the only one I have heard is decent. Unfortunately a little too far for us.
 
I am in Stoney Creek and have used Metro for years. I have asked our dispatch and maintenance guys, they told me there have never been any problems with them.
 
We only go to Harper for warranty because of the poor service, we use Jemm in Pickering for everything else and they do a great job.
 
Don't use

I had a truck that went to them for Body work, and they had the truck for 6 months. Everytime we were told that it was ready, we would show up, and nothing had been done. Then they start calling a year after the truck was finally on the road looking for payment. Ummm, I don't think so. We had problems all the time with them, and then they stole one of my mechanics, and that was the end.

I was just making sure it wasn't me over reacting.
I have NEVER encountered such poor communications/service from a company as this. The total outright BS lines they gave me not just once but several times was enough to make my blood boil.
Their integrety is very very questionable. Still not at the bottom of some things. Never again!!
