Menadi Transport Did 1 Shipment With Them Oct 31st - Can't Get Ahold Of A/p To Get Any Details - One Guy Named Adam Called Back To Say That Accounting Wasn't In And That He Would Have Someone Call Me. Did Not Happen. Faxed Final Demand Letter Today.

Wow this is suprising I just spoke to Adam this morning at the above mentioned phone number. Adam is one of the few who pay his bills on time if not sooner he even calls me to tell me the chq is on the way. Maybe just a misunderstanding. I always reach him at the number you have and just hit ext 1 ask for Adam.

That 800 # is not in service - call can not be completed as dialed - any othe contact number for them?
Do they owe you any money?

Adam finally picked up the phone on monday - he said that i had to talk to ava who only works from 10-2 - he took my name and number and promised that she would call me back tuesday - she didn't - called back no answer - left message - called back today and adam picked up - ava is in today - this is her story - she is taking over financials for manny who is the owner - it sounds like mother, father, son operation - she said they were so far behind and she is trying to catch up - she owes us $1875.00 from november - she offered 4 monthly payments to pay off our invoice. At this point we have nothingto lose - we have already put into collections - filed a complaint on load link and contacted customer. Stay far away from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update on Menadi
Agreed that we would take 4 chqs on the 19th of each month for $468.75. To cover $1850.00 invoice from November.
First chq was to be mailed May 19th.
Received in the mail today envelope dated May 27th.
Then they didn't date the chq.
Called back and spoke to Manny the owner who was a big help...........NOT.
He passed me to Adam and he asked me not to call and harass them.
I'm sorry to bother them for my money from November.
The nerve of some people!!!!!!!!

second chq was to be mailed june 19th - as of today we have not received anything
call every day and only get voicemail
called june 30th and manny the owner picked up - was going to look into whether the chq was mailed or not and call me back
guess what i have not heard back from him
on a plus note - we have contacted customer and although he would not pay us because he has already paid menadi - he has given the freight directly to us now.

Does anyone still deal with these clowns??
 
I have a feeling that you probably won't see another cheque from these clowns. I bet they will ttry to say that they won't pay due to back solicitation...Scum bags.....
 
Menadi stiffed us for approx. $2,500. Can't locate him. Name is Arendas Menhyert. Have a personal guarantee but so far no luck getting him. Drivers license is A7338-53905-70913
