I don't think this guy does a lot of work but we took an LTL for him and after 3 months of calling and promises I finally got a cheque. It was post-dated for 3 weeks but I was happy to end the relationship and get paid.

Unfortunately he put a stop payment on the cheque and it was returned. Back to bugging him again.

Be careful if you work with Michael Forrest.

I went to his office and he is in one of those hi rise office buildings by the airport, his secratery was on the phone & didnt even see that I was there so I walked into dispatch and surprised him & he said he would pay but that was 2 month ago. looser is right.

Ok People here is the full 100% MCS take you all for a ride he been doing the same thing over and over . I know ! what happen is after he get alot of money off people who not using there head the he close out , do u know transcargo ... and a few other..... same person ok the new company that is coming will be MIDCOM. yes they started posting under that if you take a cheque i am 100% sure it will be stop ...GUYS look what you are doing if so much companies coming out of the same address, tel , some thing must me wrong but i guess i will not call any name but this race just quick for money and not looking they are the ones getting the bigest Bite,,,, . any way that all i have to say
 
They owe me for 16 loads, i recieved a 700.00 bank draft after about 150 days and have a post dated cheque on my desk thats worthless!
 
Is this guy Mike Carpino? I see there's a company on Link listed as MC Logistics with a guy named Mike and located in Etobicoke, phone 416-259-6600, fax 416-259-6670 (which sound like south Etobicoke phone numbers.) Is this the same person? I have blocked that company for now if it is.

No def not same company. MC logistics on the Queensways is a great company and MIke there is a good guy and you should have np's with them. Mike at MCS is loser that rips people off for a living.

Have you paid all your carriers yet?

It is hard to feel bad for you when you did the exact same thing to a whole bunch of people.
 
wait a minute, isnt searay 60, Jeff Miller, and if not sorry, but Jeff how does a freight broker owe you money, you dont have any trucks?? Is that why you closed up shop and opened up under a name.

MIKE FORREST IS NOW WORKING UNDER A NEW COMPANY NAME CALLED THE MIDCOM GROUP LOCATED IN VAUGHAN, HE OWES ME MONEY ALSO, BEWARE OF HIM. I DID NOT KNOW HE WAS WITH THE MCS GROUP, GOOD LOOKING OUT.:mad:

I believe he is at it again. I have an invoice for $650CAD at 70days and getting lots of around and Mike is never in. All sounds to familiar.
