I hired Mattison to do an Ontario load on a rolltite . I explained the load with 2 pick ups and one delivery. Serina called me back after receiving the load sheet stating she had to have more $$$ as she did not understand the move and I agreed and resent the load sheet.
Today she will not answer the phone at 647-745-6980. She did not do the pick up and will not respond to emails. I found another Mattison on Loadlink who confirmed she works with them and said she would call me back. I've called there twice and they stopped answering their phone as well. On our DNU list.
