Here's a little math teaser to help shake out the cobwebs from yesterday's St. Patrick's Day parties:
A man goes to a hardware store looking to purchase a cork. The sales clerk tells him that they only sell bottles with corks. The price for the bottle with a cork is $1.10, and the bottle is worth $1.00 MORE than the cork. What is the price of the cork? Don't let the first answer that pops into your head fool you. First correct answer wins a half full glass of left over green draft beer from yesterday.

$1.10, They don't sell corks without bottles ;)

MyTrucksMyRates, either you are lacking any type of mental cobwebs, or, you like stale beer! Yes, the cork is worth $0.05. I really didn't think I would get this past some of the sharp blades lurking out there in the anonimity of cyberspace. Now, can anyone give me an LTL rate on some fragile cargo - no rush on delivery!
