Daniyal Arab from Silk Route Transport is selling freight and not paying! No broker MC as well. They kept promising to pay and are playing games. Our invoice was due mid December 2022. They are acting like criminals! DO NOT USE! Their sister Company Markhor Transport Group Corporation DOT #3725569 is playing the same game! Also run by Daniyal Arab! Please see attachments.

Anyone have another experience with Markhor? They did a load for us in February, I just saw this thread and went to check their carrier package, mc/dot # and it appears their insurance is pending cancellation. We had no issues, but now I'm wondering if they brokered it out and aren't planning on paying the carrier (there's no proof of this and POD/BOL show no indication of another carrier).

Shipper/receiver don't have any driver log in books or cam footage? I guess most shippers/receivers did away with paper drive sign in sheets during covid. It would tell you what carrier actually picked up your load if it existed. Here's hoping they have some evidence for you.

No unfortunately it was a job site, I just hope it doesn't come back to haunt me (fingers crossed). I also found out that the carrier cancelled the insurance policy, so who knows.
