Does anyone know these guys we had freight for them to deliver in IL yesterday, they did not deliver and phones are not working we have a cell number that is transferred to god knows where. Brampton has become the same as Quebec we will not deal with any new carriers from Brampton EVER. Sorry had to get one last vent in before the New Year.

We've given this guy two shipments and he's on our DNU list. I couldn't remember why so I looked at the load notes for both orders. Both have the phrase "Left Voice Message" at least 5 times each. They're just another sloppy carrier. Likely operating out of their house with sub standard equipment (I've see one of their trucks).
 
There are some very reputable Carriers in Brampton, however, there are also many Brampton "Carriers" that are nothing more than Owner Operators who think they can be a Carrier. Most of you using these companies are continuously complaining about them. I don't think you are even getting basement rates. Until you realize the difference between a Carrier and an Owner Operator you will continue to have service failures. Buyer beware ......

If you have small expedite shipments I can certainly recommend SPRINTER EMERGENCY TRANSPORT of Brampton. They do a great job & are very professional.
 
Thanks for the help finally talked to someone still not sure about our freight but at least we are talking. This will be a nice meeting with dispatch.
