Been dealing with them for years not a lot but I have never worried about being paid.

Average 51 days to pay with us. Need to email regular statements and be on top of them - but communicate well.

Yes....they have really slowed down with their payments. We advised going forward we could not work with them anymore until they caught up and kept to terms. Since then...things have been better. But yes...slowed down quite a bit.

Yes, but keep hearing "it is on cheque # ___ in for signature. Contact me next week to see if I have a date for when it is mailing."
Heard that a few times.....

I let them know their account is on HOLD until the payment is received. That gets the cheque out same day usually....

Who else is experiencing problems with Maple Gate payments? A/P now on holidays & advised owner John is handling payments. Can't get a hold of him when I call - not around.....

Been a lot of changes there. The "partner" left about a year ago to start his own company and took the majority of the business. My understanding is Maple Gate is not well.

Just a follow up here - I finally got John this morning. Was very pleasant to deal with. Apologized for not getting back to me and promptly provided cheque details.

Will monitor accordingly going forward. Hopefully things get back on track over there.

Received check in the mail today for a load that was invoiced on 10 nov 2016. So about 75 day to pay. If we take off 15 days for the holidays when most ap departments are gone on vacation that's about 60 days

Few invoices since March 2017, some paid in 70 days, others in 85 days. Hope it helps.
