Mandatory Worker Health and Safety Training

Good Morning All:
I have received a couple of e-mails stating that all employees must complete a mandatory Health and Safety training online. Has anyone received this and is it valid or just the run around.

Probably the same people who call here saying the same thing until I ask them to send me a document to prove they are from the ministry of labour and the validity of this in which they stall and don't know what to say.

I have received emails from some of my friends in the industry and they sent me the link. I did go through it and it seems to be all about Ontario Heath and Safety. There is no charge but it took about an hour to go through. Below is the link that I went into.
