MAJOR HOSTAGE, FRAUD & THEFT SCAM - ONE STEP LOGISTICS (MC # 1098290)

Carrier is IL based and appears to be affiliated with other parties such as Bi Road Express (MC # 060320), Larsen (MC # 1489156) who are also IL based and appear to all be working together to hold cargo hostage for funds. Multiple freightguard reports against them for the same scenarios, double brokering, etc. Wondering if anyone else has been affected by them and what they have done?
 
So, you are not now, nor have been in the past, some sort of victim of this outfit? You’re just curious to know if anyone on this site has had a bad experience? Don‘t get me wrong, I am sure they are a bad bunch, but surely you realize they are not the only bad actors plaguing our industry.

100% we know that they're not the only ones, but we are currently wondering if anyone has been a victim in their scam and what was done to resolve and assume custody of their cargo?
