Maisliner Transport - 137049 Canada Inc.

Ive heard rumours about financial problems there for a very long time. But for us, they continue to pay @ 7 days with discount. Have you tried asking for Quick Pay?
 
It's fine in SAFER. SAFER is a better gauge of this than Link is. But I still agree that they don't look to be in good shape ... just a matter of time I believe.
 
Just an update...I spoke with an uppity up at maisliner. He told me they are recovering from a 7-figure fraud. I don't have any other details except that. However, they did some transport work for me, so we bartered that against what they owe me. They are working on new financing. Its remembrance day....at 11am, take a pause to say a prayer for those who fell so we can be free.
 
Maisliner screwed us for a few hundered dollars on an LTL shipment a few years ago, we never hauled for them again we urge others to do the same.......invoice chopping 3rd class freight broker.
 
Update. supposed to get a cheque thia week but asked to hold it for a couple of weeks. hope it doesn't bounce....
 
They filed a proposal. I got the info but I would like to know if someone can let me know the name of the trustee please.
