Maybe you can charge them for being late. Surely they'd want to be compensated for any excess wait time...72 hours late by $50.00 per hour..

There's several threads listing amazing carriers in Brampton.
That being said, 50 great carriers with combined 1000 trucks (using round numbers) are outweighed sometimes by the 1000 single truck operations (with sketchy insurance/equipment).
It's not about where you are located - it's about the service you provide.
Thanks to all the good Brampton carriers, and the sketchy ones - shape up or ship out.

This company does NOT know how to work in customer service. Gave them a load and they delivered it 2 days late - Every update they gave us was wrong.
On this specific load they gave us an ETA for a delivery, once we called to follow up with the operations manager he was very vulgar also telling us to F*** off and stop calling him a hundred times (only called twice).
The manager called back and stated we were ''harrassing'' them for updates

Held our freight hostage wanted to get paid before they delivered, had to get the factoring company to guarantee them payment before they would release. I figured they may have
brokered it I guess this explains it. They were a week late delivering the freight. Claimed we were harassing them and they demanded cash or an email money transfer.

calm down kids, I figured that would get a rise. Every other post on this site is about the "Brampton carriers" and the dregs of society that operate trucking companies up in that area, sheeesh try decaf . I do know that there are the good guys as well

Unfortunately Brampton has earned the same reputation that Quebecers have had for many years and of course there are some great carriers but are very hard to find because you do not hear the good. Quite frankly if we have 2 carriers for a load and 1 is from Brampton and 1 is from anywhere else in Ontario and no info on either then chances are we are NOT going to choose the Brampton carrier why take the chance. The carriers of Brampton need to clean out the bad ones and change the perception.
