I would tend to agree as they are shall we say not the best carrier and have a hard time with tracing.

Lumico is on our DNU.
Booked a LTL pickup with these guys the day before pickup. They canceled at 8:59am Day of. Pickup window was 9:00am-9:30am.
Wouldn't pay TONU, Bhinder was a total dick About it. Calling us thieves and hurled insults only. I reached out to their customer, reception says they paid the broker, owner doesn't want to answer whether they paid the broker but wants us to collect from lumico. Owner later says his family member ended up delivering the freight?...
Lumico ended up calling our office non-stop once we got their customer involved. Had to get the police involved to get these idiots to stop calling our office.
If anyone has issues with them for loads posted through loadlink make sure to report to loadlink, they're one strike away from being kicked off since they've been reported for shady behavior before also.

Regarding payment, they pay on time if there is an issue once in a while they resolve it quickly.
However as others have mentioned they can be shady but every broker has a few unpleasant people working for them, otherwise really good experience with the people we work with at Lumico.
