Can anyone help me with a carrier that can take LTL from Toronto to this please in Mexico?

you may want to try Robert or SGT 2000. I know they're Quebec carriers but I do know that they go to Mexico.

I believe you will find that pretty much every carrier offering service to Mexico, will interline at the border with a Mexican carrier partner for the last leg of the trip. Challenger offers this service, along with many others.
