looking for some opinions on MTO regs

Afternoon all,

I am interested in the opinions of others in regards to:
Is a 53' dry van with railgate legal to run in Ontario? Mixed reviews here - some - no - railgate not considered a tie-down device - others - railgate is a separate material handling device therefore would be allowed.
