I need some help for representation for MTO tickets. These scum bags in London, ON think they can give out whatever tickets they want and do as they please based on their mood.
My driver received the ticket for "failing to surrender CVOR certificate" and my company received a ticket for "fail to ensure performance standards are met".
They have no respect there and trashed all my drivers files after he passed his weight inspection. Its pretty sad how they operate. If you pass one test, these #### will go out of their way to find something wrong. I've had my trucks torn apart inside out, after passing initial test. Eventually the MTO officer grabbed a measuring tape and measured the trucks box is 3cm too wide. Its time for them to find a real job and stop harrassing hard workers for useless crap like this.
Anyways, anyone know of any good affordable legal aid I can consult with for the CVOR issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
