As an Independent Freight Sales Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and providing tailored logistics solutions using our extensive network of carriers and providers. This commission-based role offers flexibility, combining the freedom to manage your time and revenue generation with the opportunity to work from home or visit clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
As a member of the eCom Logistics team, we expect you bring the following to the table:
- Must have a current book of business
- Must be able to work remotely
- Firm interest in growing your own business
- Working knowledge of load boards
- Self-motivated and driven for success
- 1+ years' experience in freight brokering/3PL
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and carriers
- Ability to negotiate rates between carriers and customers
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
