Has anyone got any information on this company? We did a load for them in July and now they are not answering or returning messages. Any feedback would be appricated.
 
I know that their terms are 60 days, and after that they get payment out, which seems consistent.
 
I would suggest that you do the Bill of Lading Act and contact their customer for payment.

I have a invoice that is over 100 days and that is what I am doing.
 
We booked a load with them on a day that turned out to be the worst storm of the year last year. We picked up the load and staged the trailer in our yard for a Montreal driver to take, as the weather worsened our safety department made a decision to suspend all traffic (a once or twice a year situation) due to the impending storm. They sent another carrier to our dock to pick up the load after crying their load "had to go no matter the weather".

We lost respect for them and blocked them from seeing our trucks.

While contacting their customer, I would also try contacting Go Daddy's abuse department - someone is paying for this domain name and they need to know that this company is scamming people.
 
I tought they went bankrupt... Someone told me they have received a notice (I will check with my source)
