Dealing with Logistics

I have been dealing with them for around a year now, a slightly different version of the same load around once a month.

I do call to get an update on the payment and then receive the check as promised via mail.

The payment comes in around 60 days, although I do not usually call before 45 days are up.

It is a little strange when you call - I believe you get a travel agency and are then transfered to dispatch, payables are somewhere else again.

I gave them a shot and it worked out.

I just delivered another load for them this Monday. Values always in the $1300.00 range.

To clarify our sitution, the warehouse, dispatch, and operations are at 120 Industry Street in Toronto.

Our head office that houses accounting and HR is in Thornhill.
