Good Day All,

Anyone else have trouble collecting from this company?

I have an invoice over 80 days... Last week they said our cheque was mailed Jan 28 and I would have to wait until after Feb 28 to have it re-issued if still not arrived.

Still don't have it... Called today and their 'systems' are down... When I asked to speak to the person I spoke to last week, was told that I can only reach them by email, because, again, their 'systems' are down... :confused:

If system is down, usually emails are down.....is it me or doesn't make sense?

Haaha... Ok, so you read that the same way then...

Can't imagine how they will get my email if system is down... On the other hand, why can't they take a phone call when the system is down? haahahaa...

I guess it depends on which 'system' is down...

Well...the person WAS on the phone so...if it was down, why one person phone works and not the other? Must be a multi user system on 2 servers ahahahah

The excuses continue today...

I guess their system is back up now, because I got a response by email... Unfortunately, it's not a good one...
They claim the original cheque they sent by mail ( 49 days after invoice date ) was returned to them and they sent it back out last Thursday...

I have asked for an explanation as to why the cheque was returned...

My guess is, they didn't put a stamp on it... But, we'll see...
 
We're getting there... So far, they have confirmed they have the correct address...

They conveniently ignored the part of my email where I ask why it was returned, so I've asked again.
 
Cheque Received at 83 days!

Postmarked on Feb 25 in Buffalo, NY.... Arrived in Ontario on March 3...

'Systems' are back online! haahahaaa...
