Looking into getting in-house software for driver qualification and log book auditing basically all relating to safety management. Came across soft from TDSM but find customer service very poor (especially since we're not a customer yet :)
Looking to hear opinions on other products or if anyone using TDSM suites would like to hear your opinion on it too.

Thanks!

Depending on the size of your fleet JJ Kellar has Log Checker software and Driver File software. They programs can be costly and have yearly fees. Even with the programs the person that inputs the information must have knowledge of the rules and regulations in order to enter the proper information. The log checker program calculates hours of service violations based on the log grid entered but there are form and manner violations that must be entered and checked manually.

Out sourcing is another option. ITR in Milton (905-693-0660) also does logs, driver’s files and safety consulting. I have used them before with great success.

Hope this helps.

Thanks searcher outsourcing is not an option for us anymore and we do have a full-time safety manager just would like to free up her time with right tools. I'll look into JJ.

Thanks
