If the D&B reports are just a snapshot of old info, who can you trust? We do a lot of business with U.S. freight brokers and never have to call any of them for rmoney. Most of them will even give you fuel advances after you pick up the load, we fortunately don't need fuel advances but at least it's there. It's only in Canada where Pirates and Gypsy's can open a freight brokerage, screw carriers out of money and have absolutely no repercussions against them.
