We used Locus Inc. for delivery to BC which required to be there at a certain date (plenty of time 8days) for there was a crew to install the material. Before the delivery was given to Locus Inc. we informed them the prority of this delivery knowing there would be a crew waiting. Mirko who was the dispatcher negotiating this delivery to BC assured us it would be delivered on time. Well it wasn't delivered, delivered 2 days late with a crew on payroll. After many calls trying to track the driver, Mirko would no longer take are calls unless we blocked our phone number. At the end his only reason for delay it was a LTL shipment No guarantee. I guess the no guarantee may work if the shipment goes over the border to the US because of customs. I don't think that statement would work going across Canada. Will never use LOCUS INC. again. Very poor service!!!!
